I was working with Jacky from Furnart on some small renovation work for my new apartment, including installing electric fireplace & lights, changing wardrobes sliding doors, adding some decoration.
To be honest, it was really hard to find a company in Sydney that is willing to help on such small-scale renovation, but Jacky was really kind to offer helps and provided the quote within a week. Jacky and his team delivered professional services on time and my apartment looks amazing after 2-week renovation done.

I engaged Jacky and his team to do some work renovation work in my home. Jacky is very knowledgeable and was always available when I needed to discuss the project. We recently did an extension and renovation to our home. This is a project that we have been speaking with builders about for 3-4 years and we have met with many over that time for various quotes. Jacky was easily the most efficient in his communication both before and during the build, he always got back to me quickly and made me aware of what I needed to know or decide at each stage. Jacky and his team work VERY hard and we couldn't believe how quickly they were able to complete our home. We have already recommended them to our friends and family and wouldn't consider using anyone else if we wanted to do any future renovations. Jacky also has many good quality, reliable contacts which he shared with me to complete our bathrooms and kitchen. We couldn't be happier with what Jacky and his team achieved and they stuck to the budget and time frame - which is basically unheard of in home renovations!

Jacky and his team are very hardworking, resourceful and professional. Furnart Building Services is "One Stop Shop" as we did complete house renovation including, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, plumbing, flooring, wardrobe etc and that too at very competitive price. Jacky is always very supportive and also provide creative suggestions including the list shop to buy material. The team finished the job before given timeframe. We have already refer them to many of our friends. We highly recommend Furnart Building Services.

Great job from a very hard working team. We used Furnart to remove old carpets, built in wardrobes and built in shelving, removing internal walls, replace a large window, new LED down lighting and have the rooms ready for painting and new carpets. The team were always on time and and happy to discuss the process. Good quality control and attention to detail. We are now planning the bathroom renovations with the team and would highly recommend Furnart.

Jacky transformed our old tired apartment into an entertainer's delight. He is resourceful on finding suitable materials and able to work within our tight budget. He gives sensible suggestions on room layouts and placement of furniture.

We dealt with Jacky Lai from Furnart from quote of job right up until the end of our job where he was cleaning and helping out on last day of our renovations, we had new kitchen custom made and installed, new bathroom toilet and laundry area, all floors were ripped up, new tiles and floor boards replaced throughout our whole house.
We chose Jacky Lai/Furnart from 6 other quotes, the others had double time frame, asking for too much and couldnt do everything we needed.
Jacky originally advised the scope of job would be around 2-3 weeks, however, his hardworking team did full reno in 9 straight days of 12 hour days, his Team are very hardworkers, have excellent work ethic, they are very respectful and only stopped for a quick lunch break to eat.
Jacky made this reno stress free, (we remained living in our house throughout reno)he was always available to answer phone calls/sms/emails, he was very transparent throughout the whole process. Jacky made the whole process so easy and just flowed very smoothly.
We are extremely happy with the quality of the work and final result, we couldn't have asked for anything more. We felt at ease with the whole process, Jacky's quotes are detailed and clear, we were so impressed with Jacky and his staff, their work ethic is hard to find these days. We will definitely be going with Jacky again in the near future, we highly recommend Jacky/Furnart for any jobs you may need.

We engaged with Furnart Building Services managed by Jacky Lai for an entire house renovation including outdoor structural landscaping. We chose them over several other builders we got quotes from, as they were the only one who could do everything we had in scope at a competitive price. They covered everything including replacement of structural retaining walls, bathrooms, balcony. Nothing is too big or too small. Jacky is easy to talk to, kept us updated on the progress, made himself available for our site visits every week. The team evaluated the house holistically and made suggestions that we didn't think of previously. Highly recommend Furnart Building Services for renovation projects!
